Kell Electricals Ltd is an electrical engineering company based in Gwarinpa Estate, Abuja, led by COREN-registered engineers and operating to NEMSA-compliant standards. For over 15 years, we’ve handled installations, repairs, solar systems, and technical consulting for homes and businesses across Abuja and beyond.
We’re registered under RC 1852579. That’s not decoration, it means we’re accountable to a body that can actually check our work.
Anyone can call themselves an electrician. Fewer people can size a cable correctly, earth a panel the way it’s supposed to be earthed, or finish a job without leaving something behind that turns into a fire risk a year later.
That’s the gap we work in. Between “can wire a socket” and “you’d trust this person with your building.” We do the parts most electricians skip: load calculations, voltage drop checks, proper protection, work you can still explain to the next person who touches it.

We believe an electrical installation should be properly engineered from the first calculation to the final termination. From cable selection and protection to routing, labelling, testing and finishing, every detail contributes to the performance and reliability of the system.

Certification isn’t something we say about ourselves - our engineers are COREN-registered, and our practice follows NEMSA requirements.
We do the technical groundwork others skip past, load audits before a solar install, proper sizing before a panel upgrade.
Our work speaks for itself: prepaid metering for more than 1,000 houses, solar backup for a state government facility, a factory electrical conversion signed off in 2026, plus residential and commercial clients across Wuse 2, Gwarinpa, Maitama, Asokoro, Guzape, and Katampe.

Founder & CEO
Gabriel founded Kell Electricals and leads the company today as CEO. A COREN-registered electrical engineer with over 15 years of hands-on experience in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems, he has personally led some of Abuja’s largest housing estate, commercial office, and industrial control panel projects.
Thelma
Managing Director
Thelma leads the day-to-day operations of Kell Electricals, overseeing project delivery, client relations, financial management, and business development. She is the primary contact for client-facing correspondence and ensures every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.
Justina
Procurement & Inventory Manager
Justina oversees procurement and inventory, helping keep materials, equipment and project requirements properly coordinated. Her role supports the team from sourcing and stock management through to ensuring the right items are available when projects need them.
Folashade
Customer Relations Manager
Folashade helps manage the relationship between Kell Electricals and its clients, keeping communication clear from the first enquiry through to project follow-up. She helps ensure clients know what is happening, what comes next and who to speak with when they need assistance.

Anthony supports the finishing side of projects, helping ensure electrical and interior details work together properly. His role brings attention to the practical and visual details that matter when a project moves from installation towards completion.

Sunday leads the HVAC side of the team’s technical work, supporting air-conditioning and related building services. His role helps ensure HVAC installations and maintenance are properly coordinated with the wider electrical and building systems.

Kell Electricals begins providing electrical services in Abuja, built around work that is done properly the first time and explained clearly to the client.

First major residential project
Electrical installations for a 50-unit housing estate: the first job of that scale, and the start of a track record in residential developments.

Commercial expansion
The work expands into commercial services, with contracts for office and retail projects alongside residential clients.

Federal housing project, Jos
Electrical work on a federal housing project in Jos, a large project outside Abuja.
- 2020
Solar & smart home launch
Solar and smart home solutions join the service range, so clients can get power, backup and building control from one engineering team.
