Hospitality Electrical Services
A hospitality property's electrical system is invisible when it works and impossible to ignore when it fails mid-service. We size backup power for kitchens and guest areas, wire ambiance and security lighting, and keep systems running through the outages that would otherwise show up as a bad review.
What we plan for on hospitality properties
Relevant services for hospitality properties
Correctly sized generator installations with automatic transfer switching, plus ongoing maintenance contracts.
Load-analyzed solar and hybrid inverter systems sized for Nigeria's grid reality, not a generic panel count.
Interior and exterior lighting engineered for the right levels, efficiency, and control, not just fixture placement.
Camera systems positioned and cabled by engineers, with power and network infrastructure built to last.
Motorized gates, intercoms, and access control wired and commissioned as a single reliable system.
Scheduled inspection and maintenance that catches faults before they become outages.
A standing emergency line for faults, outages, and safety hazards that can't wait for a scheduled callout.
Diagnosis and upgrade of distribution boards and switchgear that are undersized, outdated, or failing.
Assess, design, install, test & handover
Assess
Site survey, load assessment, and diagnostics. We measure the actual conditions before proposing a scope.
Design
A specified, documented design against the assessed load: circuit schedules and single-line diagrams, not verbal estimates.
Install
Work executed by our certified team to the documented design, with safety isolation and site protocols observed throughout.
Test & Handover
Commissioning tests, compliance checks, and as-built documentation handed over. Not just a completed job, a documented one.
Common questions
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Wuse 2, Abuja, and serve all of Abuja - including Wuse 2, Wuse, Gwarinpa, Central Business District, Guzape, Asokoro, Maitama, Katampe, Garki, Jabi, Utako, Lokogoma, Apo, Life Camp, Kubwa, and Lugbe - with project work extending to neighboring states and wider Nigeria depending on scope.
Are you licensed and certified?
Yes. Kell Electricals Limited (RC 1852579) is certified by COREN (Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria) and NEMSA (Nigerian Electricity Management Services Agency).
What are your business hours?
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Sunday: Closed. For genuine electrical emergencies outside these hours, call +234 814 020 5895 directly.
How do I get a quote?
Submit the form on our Contact page, call +234 814 020 5895, or message us on WhatsApp. We respond with a scoped assessment rather than a rough estimate over the phone.
What services does Kell Electricals provide?
A full range of electrical engineering services: wiring and installation, panel repair and upgrades, solar and hybrid inverter systems, home automation, CCTV and security, generator installation and maintenance, industrial electrical systems, and scheduled preventive maintenance. The full list is on our Services page.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance, or only one-off jobs?
Both. We handle one-off installation and repair work, and also offer scheduled preventive maintenance contracts (panel inspection, thermal imaging, generator and solar system checks) for clients who want faults caught before they become outages.
Do you work on both residential and commercial projects?
Yes, and industrial too. Scope, documentation, and compliance requirements differ by property type, which is why we treat residential, commercial, and industrial work as distinct engineering problems rather than the same job at different sizes.
Can you work alongside my architect or contractor on a fit-out?
Yes. Commercial and office fit-out electrical work is a regular part of our scope, coordinated with architects, M&E consultants, and the wider construction timeline rather than run as an isolated trade.
Do you have examples of completed commercial electrical work?
Yes - for example, we delivered the complete electrical decking, conduit piping, wiring, and fixture installation and finishing for a cooperative society's building in Garki II, Abuja. See our Projects page for more recent work across residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
