Graduate Internship
An internship at Kell Electricals puts you alongside our engineering and technical teams on real jobs (assessments, installations, testing and documentation), under supervision. Beyond our core electrical and solar engineering work, internship placements are also available across project operations, sales and client relations, IT and digital operations, and administration and finance, depending on available opportunities and your background. It's a way to see how an electrical contractor led by COREN-registered engineers, operating to NEMSA-compliant standards, actually works day to day.

Eligibility
- Have completed a degree, diploma or other relevant academic programme. Still a student who needs SIWES / IT? Apply for Industrial Training instead.
- For technical internship areas (electrical engineering, solar, IT): a basic understanding of the relevant fundamentals, from coursework or self-study.
- Able to commit to full placement days on-site for the full six-month duration.
- No prior professional experience required.
- Based in Abuja, or already have your own accommodation and transport in Abuja for the whole internship.
General Requirements
- A genuine interest in electrical engineering, solar and renewable energy, or the internship area applied for.
- Willingness to learn under supervision and follow instructions.
- Punctuality, professionalism, and team-oriented conduct.
- Comfort following workplace and safety procedures on-site.
- Ability to provide accurate institution and course information where applicable.

What should I bring?
Professional programmes are mostly documents, drawings and site visits. You need a few personal items, and PPE for site visits.
Applicants are strongly advised to get their basic personal tools before training begins. You do not need expensive specialist equipment; specialist equipment may be provided or made available for supervised activities.

Do you provide accommodation?
No. Kell Electricals Ltd does not provide accommodation for Graduate Internship participants.
Do you provide feeding or transportation?
No. Participants are responsible for their own feeding, daily transportation to the office and project sites, and personal living expenses. We also do not provide relocation assistance.
