- Currently enrolled in an engineering, technical, business, or related programme, or a recent graduate exploring a career path.
- For technical internship areas (electrical engineering, solar, IT): a basic understanding of the relevant fundamentals, from coursework or self-study.
- Able to commit to full placement days on-site for the full six-month duration.
- No prior professional experience required.

- Willingness to learn under supervision and follow instructions.
